    Vintage NORDIC TRACK SEQUOIA SKI MACHINE CROSS-COUNTRY
    This machine allows a person to work out QUIETLY.
    No electronic gadgets to beep or talk to you.
    It has a flywheel, seen easily between the skis, in photos 1, 2. 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8.
    It has an arm exerciser which can be seen in photo 3.
    It has adjustable upper and lower body resistance.
    There is a core drum. Close-up of it is in photo 4.
    Handlebars help with stability during warm-up and cool-down.
    There is an adjustable heavy duty vinyl  hip pad.
    It has a redwood stain finish.
    It supposedly folds for easy storage. We have not done that.
    It was made in Minnesota in the 1990s.
    It is no longer being manufactured as far as we can tell.
    It weighs around 60 lbs. which is why we have it for local pickup.
