4 Inch Straight Exhaust Tips. Tips measure 10 inches end to end. Approximately 5 inches in, and 5 inches out the transom of the boat. Tips are completely unbaffled for maximum performance. These exhaust Tips are made entirely of 316L Marine Grade Stainless in a full 8k Mirror finish. Not like most competitors that will use a lower grade stainless steel such as 304. 316L Stainless Steel is the most highly desired grade of Stainless Steel in the marine market today. It possesses the longest finish and corrosion resistance for its environment. Construction is from very high quality materials including Heavy Duty .060 thickness 316L Stainless Steel tube, and an extra thick .080 thick 316L Stainless Steel CNC cut flange. These tips are fully welded on the back of the flange to prevent water intrusion into the boat unlike our competitors spot welding. Also all transom screw mount holes are chamfered to allow a much cleaner install.
