I normally email the PDF file for OWNER'S GUIDE/USER'S MANUAL out on the same day that payment is received, your email address is provided, and you confirm which skier you have.  If I don't receive your email address and your skier model within 3 days after your purchase, I will send your OWNER'S GUIDE (the first pic shown on the eBay listing) as a JPG file attachment to an eBay message (eBay allows JPG file attachments to their messaging service but does not allow PDF files).
JPG files can be difficult to manipulate, so PDF files sent via email would probably work better for you.
