Outboard motor transom extension, Jack plate, Riser. Short to long shaft.

Description

These are fully tig welded transom extensions. It raises the engine 5" and will allow you to put a long shaft motor on a short shaft transom. They are perfect for installing a jet outboard on a short transom. I build these out of 1/4" thick marine grade aluminum. The dimensions are 14"X14" back plate, 14"X8.5" front plate, 5" high on the sides. The inside dimension where it slips over the transom is 2" and can be shimmed if the transom is less than 2". This extension must be securely bolted to the boat before installing the motor. I will only ship to the lower 48 United States
