    Description

    NordicTrack Pro Skier Machine w/ Monitor Nordic Track
    The heart rate monitor is not included. The speed monitor and cable are included. The mounting of the monitor is with heavy duty velcro. 2 AA batteries for the monitor are not included.
    It's in great condition with minor signs of wear.
    What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get nothing more or less. All testing that has been done has been documented in photos and/or video. No additional testing beyond this has been completed. This unit is used so please expect normal wear and tear with scuffs, scratches and scrapes all over. No Returns and/or refunds, so please message with any questions prior to purchasing. Shipping to the lower 48 states only.     Item details: Unless otherwise specified, all items are sold AS-IS, no refunds or exchanges! Please ask any questions you may have and bid/buy accordingly! What you see is EXACTLY what you get, nothing more or less. Any testing that has been done will begin listed in the description and/or video (if applicable).
    Payment terms: We accept PayPal or cash at local pick up. If we do not receive payment within 3 days, we will assume you are forfeiting the auction and the item will no longer be available to the buyer.
    International Buyers: We reserve the right to accept or decline international Paypal and credit cards.
    Shipping Terms:
    *All freight shipments will be noted in the description as "freight shipment" If your PayPal confirmed shipping address is not a commercial address with loading dock then your item will be shipped to your local freight terminal where it will be held for you to pick it up. Sometimes we are able to ship items to a residential address for an additional fee.
    *Freight shipments will be sent via YRC (

    ). Seller reserves the right to cancel a transaction or sale if the seller must use a contracted delivery service instead of YRC. In the event that the buyer agrees to pick up the item at the local YRC terminal and fails to do so, the buyer agrees to pay for return shipping to the seller and forfeits the item. Any additional freight shipping charges or fees, outside of the original shipping fee, the buyer agrees to pay for. Your phone number is required for shipment (by the shipper) on Bill of Lading (BOL). Please provide your phone number when you purchase the item.
    *Handling time for freight shipments is 10 business days, however we do our best to ship the item within 5 business days from order reception.
    *Buyer agrees to pay for shipping and packaging fees listed in the eBay listing. International buyers please pay for shipping charges to your country. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
    *In case of returns, the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. (Domestic or International)
    *Your phone number is required for shipping purposes so please provide your phone number with all correspondence.
    *Please note that calculated shipping is usually based on UPS or FedEx. However, we reserve the right to ship for the same cost via another carrier. We prefer to ship by FedEx, UPS or USPS for non-freight shipments.

    *We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping or freight carriers. We insure most packages and will provide proof of insurance if needed to file a claim.
    Packaging: All items are packaged to the shipping guidelines per the carrier’s specifications. Freight shipments are strapped to a pallet and cellophane wrapped.
    Feedback: We appreciate Positive feedback. We leave feedback as soon as we get feedback from you. If you have any problems with your item, please let us know ASAP so we can do our best to resolve any issues.
    Returns: When accepted, returns must be approved prior to items being shipped back. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping (original and return charges). Item(s) must be returned in the same condition it was sold in (example “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc). All components and accessories included in the original listing must be returned. Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return shipments at buyer’s expense. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment. Extra charges may apply to any returns that do not comply with these terms.
    PLEASE INSPECT THE PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY. Although every effort has been made to photograph and describe this item accurately and completely, it is being sold "As Is" with no warranties expressed or implied. If it is not in the picture, it probably doesn't come with it. Please ask if there are any doubts or questions.
    We do not accept responsibility for damage after the item leaves our location. It will leave our building in good condition (or exactly as described). Filing of damage claims with the freight carrier/shipping provider is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please inspect your items immediately upon reception of them. Any damages must be documented on the Bill of Lading with the freight carrier before they depart your location and/or before any documentation is signed. Take photos of any damage, and record the date, time, delivery person, and any additional details of the circumstances that may be needed for the filing of an insurance claim with the carrier. Please follow these steps to make certain that an insurance claim can be made, if necessary. Photo documentation showing the condition of the packages before they leave our facility can be available upon request.
    We cannot warranty equipment. Warranties are only available from the manufacturer on new equipment for a limited time. If you prefer a warranty we suggest you pay the higher cost for new equipment. We test every piece we are capable of, prior to sending it out. If we have tested the item, it will be stated in the listing, and the photos and/or videos will show it working, but please be aware we are selling this item ‘AS IS’ and make no claims to the functionality of the item once it leaves our facility. We sell our equipment at a deep discount from the new price and want you to consider it as NOT WORKING regardless of the pictures so you understand that if you need a part like a thermostat or something... we do not account for this.
    On refrigeration equipment, because the solder holding lines together becomes brittle over time, vibrations during shipping could cause it to crack and lead to a refrigeration leak. Occasionally an item we listed as “cooling” may no longer cool after shipping. Your cost to repair and recharge the system should be minimal. We do not cover this or accept returns because of this. Please understand we do not send an item that is not working unless specifically stated as such, so any refrigerated item that is not cooling once received probably needs to be checked out on your end. Again, we sell our equipment at a deep discount compared to the cost of new equipment. We cannot then be expected to make a repair as well. This is why we make sure it works properly before sending it to you. Our reputation is very important to us and we work very hard at listing only our best equipment for sale, stating it accurately and honestly in the listing, and sending out only a quality product.     If your item includes free shipping and you decide to return it for any reason, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. We may accept returns at our discretion, but not for a claim of “Item doesn’t match the description” since we claim nothing towards the functionality.
