Exerscience Nordic Track The All American Skier w/workout monitor & starter belt.  I've had this skier for a long time, bought it new, never really used it and it now sits in my basement.  The starter belt is for when you first begin.  It keeps your hips close to the machine while you get used to using the ski part.  The performance tracker is run by one AA battery not included. The manual, performance tracker info, exercise log, diet info and starter belt info are all included.  Two VHS tapes are included. One is about Nordic Track and the other is instructional about The All American Skier.  The second photo shows the unit folded down and I put plastic bags on the spongy parts to protect them.  The skier when it is folded down measures roughly 5" long, 20" high and 17" wide.
