    I don't think this is very old because it is strung with plastic material; although it could still be in the vintage time frame (I think it has some age). The oval glass beads are beautiful with dark and light spots and marbling. They are smooth and the smaller ones are 3/8" x 4/8", while the larger ones are 4/8" x 5/8". The length of the necklace is 17 3/4". It has a simple box clasp which works well. The piece is fairly heavy and in great condition. Very lovely!
